Mrs. Dollie Mae Oxendine, 89, of 180 Odum Road, Lumberton, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2017 at her home. She was born in Fairmont on June 12, 1927 to the late Mr. Pearlie & Mrs. Ruthie Locklear. She was also preceded in death by her husband: Mr. Prathen Oxendine; five brothers and two sisters.
The funeral will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 12, 2017, at Locklear & Son Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs: Jerry Locklear and David Hunt officiating.
Surviving are four children: Mr. Billy Ray Locklear(Sandra) of Maxton, Mrs. Janet Hunt(David) of Pembroke, Mrs. Pattie Luevanos(Juan) of Lumberton and Mr. Richard Oxendine of the home; seven grandchildren: Chris(Shannon), Jessica(Robbie), Alex, Cassandra(Terrell), Alexis, Alicia(Evan) and Amber; six great-grandchildren: Ryan, Jacob, Keaton, Kaiden, David and Dylan; special nephew and niece: Ledger and Gaynell and a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. Sunday, February 12, 2017, at Locklear & Son Funeral Home.
