Ms. Mary Frances Locklear, 90, of Pembroke was born February 2, 1928 and departed this life on Wednesday, July 18, 2018. The grave side service will began at 11:00 a.m Friday, July 20, 2018 at Lumbee Memorial Gardens with Bro. Doran Jones officiating. Surviving are two sons: Mr. Bobby G. Locklear and Mr. Samuel Locklear; one daughter: Ms. Dale Locklear; one brother: Mr. Gerald Locklear; two sisters: Ms. Evelyn Emanuel and Ms. Helen G. Chavis; four grandchildren: Eric Trent, Marcus Ray, Bobbie G. Jones, and Tracy Rogers; seven great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
