MS. RACHEAL LENA JACOBS

Ms. Racheal Lena Jacobs, 45, of Pembroke, NC was born November 5, 1977 and departed this life on Thursday, October 5, 2023. She was born to Mr. Antony “Tony” Hammonds and Ms. Jennifer Cassondra Johnson. She is preceded in death by her father; grandmother: Ms. Marcelene Johnson; and a brother: Mr. Christopher Jacobs.

The funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday, October 8, 2023 at Bear Swamp Baptist Church with Revs: Tim Chavis and Lindbergh Chavis. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Ms. Racheal is survived by her mother of Pembroke; a sister: Ms. Jolene Shonedale Johnson of Pembroke, two brothers: Mr. Derrick Locklear of Friendswood Texas and Mr. Caleb Jermyn Jacobs of Pembroke; two nephews: Xander Gage Oxendine and Dawson Reid Lowery and a host of relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. Sunday, October 8, 2023 at Bear Swamp Baptist Church.
