Ms. Marid Horst Locklear, 90, of Blythewood, SC departed this life on Friday, November 10, 2023. She was born November 7, 1933 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Ms. Marid was the widow of Mr. Gaston Locklear, the love of her life. They enjoyed 59 years of marriage.
A private graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, November 12, 2023 Pembroke NC.
She is survived by her children: Mr. Joey, Ms. Barbara, Mr. Eric (Cathy), Mr. Robert (Sharon), Mrs. Christine Bobo (Randy) and Mr. Buddy (Amy); 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends 3-5 p.m. Sunday, November 12, 2023 at 115 Cedar Lake Rd, Blythewood, SC.
