Ms. Lucrady Locklear was a God-fearing Christian. She was 76 years old and born on March 16, 1947 and went on to be with her heavenly father on Monday, January 15, 2024. She is preceded in death by her loving parents; Mr. Curtis and Mrs. Vashtie Locklear; six sisters: Ms. Esther Ray Deese, Ms. Beverly Locklear. Ms. Helena Locklear, Ms. Debbie Sue Locklear, Mrs. Cheryl Locklear Koziol and Mrs. Vivian Wood; two brothers: Mr. Ike Locklear and Mr. Edison Locklear.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Roger Strickland officiating. Burial will follow in the Church.
Ms. Lucrady leaves behind five cherished sisters: Ms. Judy Lane Locklear, Ms. Jacqueline Locklear, Mrs. Ann Athey, Mrs. Diann Locklear Bullard and Ms. Linda Kay Locklear; one loving brother: Mr. Freddie Locklear and a host of relatives and friends.
