Ms. Joyce Ann Lowery

Ms. Joyce Ann Lowery, 58, of Maxton, was born July 28, 1960 and passes away on Wednesday, April 3, 2019. She is preceded in death by her father: Mr. Charlie Lowery: her sister: Mrs. Martha L. Oxendine. The funeral will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 14, 2019 at McDonald Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev Ronald Locklear and Preacher Ron Locklear officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Ms. Lowery leaves behind boyfriend: Mr. Richard Leviner of the home; her mother: Ms.Peggy Lowery; three daughters: Mrs. Amy Owens (Gary) Ms. Charla Pevie and Mrs. Cheyenne Locklear (Eric Ransom) five grandchildren: Grabrena Owens, Gary “Papa” Owens II Grant Douglas, Naomi Pittman and Alana Ransom; and a host of relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, April 14, 2019 at McDonald Pentecostal Holiness Church.
