Ms. Felecia Locklear, 79, of the Prospect Community was born January 31, 1945 to the late Mrs. Bessie Locklear Bullard and departed this life to be with the Lord on Monday, February 5, 2024 at UNC Chapel Hill Regional Hospital. In addition to her parents, Ms. Locklear is preceded in death by her grandparents: Mr. James P. and Mrs. Magnolia Locklear; brother: Mr. Kenneth Bullard and sister: Ms. Christine Bullard.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Friday, February 9, 2024 at Prospect Community Church with Rev. Samuel Wynn officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Ms. Locklear leaves to cherish her memories, her son: Mr. Dennis D. Warriax of the home; brother: Mr. Dale Locklear; sisters: Ms. Fedelia Locklear and Ms. Cheryl Locklear; several nieces, nephews and friends.
The Family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. Friday, February 9, 2024 at Prospect Community Church.
