Ms. Deborah Ann Lowry Jacobs, 61, of 17 Sharon Lane, Pembroke, was born June 20, 1956 and died Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents: Mr. Hezzie & Mrs. Barbara Marie Nelson Lowry and a sister: Ms. Mary Jo Lowery.
Funeral services are private.
Ms. Jacobs is survived by two sons: Mr. James Matthew Huggins and Mr. Chadwick Nelson Jacobs; a daughter: Ms. Merri Ashleigh Huggins; three brothers: Mr. Hezzie Lowery, Mr. Tony Lindsey Lowery and Mr. William Elmer Lowery; two sisters; Ms. Charisse Lowery and Mrs. Sandra Darlene Parisi; two grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
