Mrs. Lea Carol Carter Jacobs, 46, of 474 Jimmy’s Farm Road, Pembroke entered her heavenly home on Monday, September 22, 2025. She was preceded in death by a son: Master Cameron Wallace.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Friday. September 26, 2025 at Mt. Airy Baptist Church with the Revs: Kelvin Locklear and Terry Cummings officiating. Burial will follow in the Oxendine Cemetery.
Mrs. Lea leaves to cherish her memory: a devoted husband: Mr. Mark Jacobs; her parents: Mr. Truman & Mrs. Carolyn Carter; a brother: Mr. Tracy Carter(Sabrina); nephew: Mr. Kendall Tralin Carter; step-son: Mr. Patrick Jacobs(Kayla); step-grandchildren: Elliott Mark Jacobs and Sophia Lynn Jacobs; a god-child: Ms. Hope Watts; a grand-godchild; Brinley Watts; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Lea was loved by everyone she met. She was a friend to all. She cared lovingly for those who needed her; including her parents and her aunts who she regularly chauffeured wherever they needed to go. She loved making crafts and jewelry. She will be greatly missed by all who she touched and all who loved her.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. Friday, September 26, 2025 at Mt. Airy Baptist Church.
