Mr. Trevan Wayne Oxendine, 60 of Pembroke, was born on December 27, 1962 and went on to his heavenly journey on Saturday, July 22, 2023. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Mr. Dougal and Mrs. Mary Blue; paternal grandparents: Mr. Joseph Oxendine and Ms. Addie Mae Locklear as well as his eldest son: Mr. Justin Oxendine.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Monday, July 31, 2023 at United Pentecostal of Red Springs with Rev. Donald Oxendine officiating. Burial will follow in the Alloway Cemetery.
Mr. Trevan leaves behind his parents: Mr. Thomas Oxendine and Ms. Betty Jean Blue; children: Mrs. Brittany (Pat), Mrs. Sophia Danielle (Pat); Ms. Stephanie; Mr. Nathaniel; his special extra children: Ms. Ashley Revels, Mr. Ryan Revels, Ms. Megan Oxendine; Ms. Tamara Small, Mr. Tylik Miles and Mr. Elijah McLaughlin; eight grandchildren: Kaeden, Kamilah, Kylan, Aaliyah, Skylar, Aiden, Josiah and A’honi; brother: Mr. Kevin Oxendine of Vermont; his first wife of 21 years: Ms. Camilla Sanderson; his last wife: Mrs. Tasha Oxendine and a host of nieces, nephews and special friends and family.
Mr. Trevan was a faithful man of God, an outstanding father and a reliable friend who will truly be missed by all.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. Monday, July 31, 2023 in the United Pentecostal of Red Spring.
