Mr. Joe Sanderson, 75 of 2640 Hwy 710 N, Rowland, NC, was born November 17, 1946 to the late Mr. Ira and Mrs. Nancy Lowery Sanderson. He entered his final eternal destination in Heaven on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother: Mr. Willie Sanderson and sister: Ms. Evelyn Sanderson Hampton.
The memorial service will be 3 p.m. Friday, June 17, 2022 at East Lumberton Baptist Church with Revs. Michael S. Bowen and Darrell Hampton officiating.
Mr. Sanderson is survived by two daughters: Mrs. Sabrina Sanderson-Floyd (Michael) of Lumberton, NC, and Ms. Amanda Kaye Sanderson of Wagram, NC; one brother: Mr. Dennis Sanderson (Diane) of Rowland; two grandchildren: Evita Saybrianna Fields of Lumberton, NC and Tristen Lee Groom of Wagram, NC one great-grandson: Liam Alexander Fields of Lumberton, NC; one special friend: Mr. John “Ikie” Sanderson of Pembroke, NC; a very dear brother-in-law: Mr. Darrell Hampton of Germanton, NC and a large host of family and friends.
The family will receive friends 2-3 p.m. Friday, June 17, 2022 at East Lumberton Baptist Church.
