The graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 6, 2020, at Prospect United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Sam Wynn officiating.
Surviving are three daughters: Ms. Kelcey E. Oxendine, Ms. Breanna C. Locklear and Ms. Ellana A. Oxendine; his mother: Ms. Mary L. Ruggerio; a brother: Mr. Waymon D. McMillan and a host of relatives and friends.
