Mr. James Charlie Locklear, 81, of 798 Philadephus Road Pembroke, was born November 19, 2019 and departed this life on …………………………. He is preceded in death by his parents: Mr. Colonel Locklear and Mrs. Macie Bullard.
The funeral will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Greenpine Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Clifford Locklear officiating. Burial will follow in the Bear Swamp Church Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife Mrs. Callie Mae Locklear of Pembroke; one son: Mr. Gabrielee Locklear (Pammy) of Pembroke; two daughters: Mrs. Ramona Locklear Joseph (Patrick) of Chandler, AZ and Mrs. Sharkell Swett (Aaron) of Pembroke; four brothers: Mr. Redell “TB” Locklear, Mr. Julius Locklear, Mr. Colonel “Kneebaby” Locklear and Mr. Austin Locklear; one sister: Ms. Yvonne Sanderson; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild and a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday, August 16, 2019 at Locklear and Son Funeral Home.
