Mr. Billy Dean Locklear, 71, was born November 9, 1952 in Robeson County North Carolina and departed this earth on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at his home. He is preceded in death by his mother: Mrs. Rosa Lee Jolicoeur and step-father: Mr. Paul Jolicoeur.
The funeral will be 7 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2024 at Mt. Olive Pentecostal Church with Bro. Tony Locklear and Bro. Charles Collins officiating.
Mr. Billy was a millwright professional in construction for 30 years.
He was survived by his wife: Mrs. Ponell Leviner Locklear of 38 years; four sons: Mr. Charles Mitchell Collins (Tiffany) of Omaha NE, Mr. Michael Shaun Collins (Gwen) of Pembroke, NC, Mr. Nickolas Josh Locklear of the home (Carla) and Mr. Patrick Dean Locklear (Sarah) of Pembroke, NC; 11 grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2024 at Mt. Olive Pentecostal Church.
