Ms. Stephanie Rose Roberts, 55, of Pembroke, NC was born February 13, 1966 to Mr. James Ray Roberts (deceased) and Dr. Ruth Elaine Dial of Pembroke, NC. She departed this earthly life on Friday, March 26, 2021 at Southeastern Regional Hospital in Lumberton.
The graveside service will be 3 p.m. Monday, March 29, 2021 at Lumbee Memorial Gardens with Rev. Mattheue Locklear officiating.
Ms. Stephanie is survived by her mother: Mrs. Ruth Dial Woods and husband Noah; a sister: Ms. Constance Williamson of Charleston, SC; two brothers: Mr. Noah Ollin Woods of Wilmington, NC and Mr. Aaron Rueben Woods of Pembroke, NC; a special uncle: Mr. Allen Griffen Dial and aunt Yvonne; cousins: Dr. Sheri Dial Herndon and Ms. Lisa Yvonne Hunt of Pembroke, NC and a host of relatives and friends.
Ms. Stephanie graduated from Pembroke Senior High School. She studied and completed courses in Food Services at Robeson Community College. She was employed by the Food Services at Pembroke Junior High School. She was a friendly person who quickly developed friendships and good relationships. After retirement from Food Services, Stephanie lived with her uncle Allen and aunt Yvonne Dial and assisted them in providing day care for their grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 1:30-2:30 p.m. on Monday March 29, 2021 at Locklear & Son Funeral Home.
