Ms. Tracy Locklear, 47, of 340 Gene’s Road, Pembroke, was born October 2, 1978 and departed this life on, Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Scotland Hospice-Morrison Manor in Laurinburg, NC surrounded by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother: Mrs. Florence “Sally” Locklear.
She was a loving mom, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to many. She will be greatly missed.
Ms. Tracy leaves to cherish her memory: her father: Mr. Terry Locklear(friend-Joann); two daughters: Ms. Kera Elizabeth Locklear(Trey) of Maxton and Ms. Carrie Larina Locklear of Pembroke; three sisters: Mrs. Tinoka Locklear(Scottie), Ms. Stacy Locklear(Adam) and Ms. Terri Lynn Locklear; her grandchildren: Novale Ahyoka Locklear and Ciqala Micheal Lee Locklear; a special friend: Mr. Charles “Boss” Locklear and a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Mt. Airy Baptist Church with the funeral service to follow at 3.
