Ms. Tabitha “Marcella” Monzella Locklear

Ms. Tabitha “Marcella” Monzella Locklear, 46, of 3889 Midway Road, Maxton was born May 10, 1972 and departed this life on Monday, December 17, 2018. She is preceded in death by her mother: Ms. Clara Jacobs Locklear; Aunts: Ms. Mae Wes Jacobs Locklear, Ms. Joyce Revels, Ms. Lois Locklear; and uncle: Mr. Tony Locklear. The Funeral will be Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Shoeheel Methodist Church with Revs: Dwayne Lowery and Bill James Locklear officiating. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery. Ms. Locklear is survived by her father & stepmother: Mr. Berdie & Mrs. Barbara Bullard of Maxton; two sisters: Mrs. Dynel Oxendine(Kevin) of Apex, NC and Mrs. Stephanie Lowry(Chavan) of Maxton; brother: Mr. Berdie A. Bullard of Pembroke; grandmother: Ms. Clarise Locklear of Maxton; aunts: Ms. Emma Locklear of Maxton, Ms. Lulu Pevie of Fayetteville, Ms. Daisy Lee Bullard and Ms. Margie Castro both of Maxton; uncles: Mr. Robert Locklear, Mr. Richard Locklear, Mr. Dean Martin Locklear, Mr. Rodney Locklear, Mr. Roger Locklear, Mr. Kenny Locklear all of Maxton and Mr. Vick Locklear of Charlotte; a great-aunt: Ms. Elmer Sanderson of Pembroke; four nephews and one niece and a host of relatives and friends. Family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. Sunday, December 23, 2018, at Shoeheel Methodist Church.
