Ms. Roxanne Locklair

Mrs. Roxanne Locklair, 61, of Fredericksburg, V.A., formally of Pembroke, N.C. was born March 10, 1956 and passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, at Mary Washington Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband: Mr. James Alva Locklair. The funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 28, 2017, at Mt. Airy Baptist Church with Rev. George Locklear officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Airy Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Locklair was a native of Pembroke, N.C and attended Pembroke Senior High School. She is survived by her children: Mr. Nikoma Locklair (Lang), Mr. James A. Locklair Jr. and Ms. Tasha Locklair; eight grandchildren; two sisters: Ms. Lucille Oxendine and Ms. Helen Locklair; along with a host of nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 1 – 2 Thursday, December 28, 2017, at Mt. Airy Baptist Church.
