Ms. Macy Keyworth

Mrs. Macy Dial Keyworth, 85, was born August 17, 1932 and passed into her eternal life on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents: Mr. Bernes & Mrs. Martha Locklear Dial; her husband: Mr. Russell Keyworth; brothers: Mr. Calhoun Dial, Mr. William Frederick Dial and Mr. Samuel Brunner Dial and her grandparents: Mr. Andrew & Mrs. Mary Barton Dial and Mr. Harrington & Mrs. Louvenia Locklear. Mrs. Keyworth graduated from Pembroke University and was listed in the Who’s Who in American University. She majored in English and had a minor degree in science. She taught English in Pontiac, MI where she retired. The funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 31, 2018, at Hopewell Methodist Church with the Revs: Neal Locklear and Gary Chavis officiating. Burial will follow in the Lumbee Memorial Gardens. Surviving are siblings: Ms. Lucia Dial, Ms. Shelby Indyk, Ms. Sadie Foust, Mr. Bobby Dial, Mr. Ronnie Dial and Mr. Andrew Dial; niece: Ms. Andrea Spears and nephew: Mr. Billy Dial. The family will receive friends Friday, March 30, 2018, at Locklear & Son Funeral Home and at other times at 3676 Union School Road, Rowland.
