Ms. Cynthia B. Deese

Ms. Cynthia B. Deese, 58, of 113 Cabinet Shop Road, was born October 5, 1959 and died Friday, January 12, 2018, at her home. The funeral will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at Prospect United Methodist Church with the burial to follow in the Faith Baptist Church Cemetery. Surviving are a son: James Phillip Bullard; a daughter: Saleiya Kayden Lowery; four brothers: Simeon “Chub” Deese, Samuel Deese, William L. Deese(Trenette) and Berk Steven Deese(Shelia); five sisters: Wilma Jane Dial(Larry), Marilyn Julie Deese, Lois Brooks, Callie Mae Oxendine and Carol Ann Sampson; brother-in-laws: Artis Locklear and James H. Locklear; sister-in-law: Lynn Deese; several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Monday, January 15, 2018, at Locklear & Son Funeral Home.
