Ms. Curlin Locklear, 80, of 3841 Union Chapel Road, departed this life Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at Rivers Edge Assisted Living. She was preceded in death by her husband: Mr. Dannie Locklear, her mother: Ms. Pearlie Locklear and a brother: Mr. Venus Locklear.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 27, 2021, at Locklear & Son Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs: Gary Dean Blakely and Dufrene Cummings officiating. Burial will follow in the Oxendine Cemetery.
Surviving are five sons: Mr. David Locklear(Lisa), Mr. Terry Eugene Locklear(Frances), Mr. Willie Locklear(Anita) all of Pembroke, Mr. Terry Leon Locklear(Sandra) and Mr. Stevie Locklear(Teresa); her siblings: Ms. Mary Blakely, Mr. Lee Locklear, Ms. Brenda Harris, Ms. Noralene Locklear; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
A walk-through visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Saturday, March 27, 2021, at Locklear & Son Funeral Home.
