Mr. Stanley Gene Clark

Mr. Stanley Gene Clark, 71 of Prospect was born on November 20, 1946 and departed this life on Wednesday, December 26, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents: Mr. Marvin and Eria “Pat” Clark; a brother: Mr. Hedrick Clark; and a son: Mr. Gene Kelly Clark. The funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 29, 2017, at Prospect United Methodist Church with Revs: Dr. Sam Wynn, Bill James Locklear and Dr. Kenneth Locklear officiating. Burial will follow in the Clark Family Cemetery. Mr. Clark is survived by his wife: Mrs. Jeanette Anderson Clark; a son: Mr. Tony Clark; a sister: Ms. Zula Mae Jones; three grandchildren: Leslie Hammonds, Danelly Clark and Darius Clark; one great-grandchild: Imani Howard; and a host of nieces and nephews as well as cousins and friends.
