Mr. Jeffery Locklear, 60, of Moon Light Lane, Pembroke, was born February 15, 1962 and transitioned from this mortal home to his Heavenly home on Thursday, April 21, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents: Mr. Fletcher and Mrs. Mary Ellen Oxendine.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday, April 24, 2022, at St. Anna Freewill Baptist Church with the Revs: Tony Miller and Roy Locklear officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Anna Church Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife: Mrs. Aggie Locklear; three sons: Mr. Justin Deese, Mr. Jeremy Locklear both of Pembroke and Mr. Jeffrey Andrew Locklear of Southern Pines; a sister: Mrs. Jennifer Locklear of Pembroke; a brother: Mr. Michael Locklear of Rowland; a host of relatives, friends and a band of brothers in Christ.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m., Sunday, April 24, 2022, at St. Anna Freewill Baptist Church.
