Mrs. Sandra K. Johnson Bullard of 131 Olie Drive Pembroke, NC was born on December 26, 1955 and departed this life on Sunday evening September 10, 2023 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her mother: Ms. Shirley Godwin and brother: Mr. Carl Wayne Godwin.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at Sandy Plains Church with Rev. Mattheue Locklear and Rev. Chris Hunt officiating. Burial will follow in the Lumbee Memorial Garden.
She is survived by her husband: Mr. James W. Bullard; daughter: Ms. Jessica Lynn Johnson; step daughter: Ms. Jamie Quinn Bullard; grandchildren: Jabari Chavis and Jream Sanderson and a host of relatives and friends.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. September 13, 2023 at Sandy Plains Methodist Church.
