Mr. Glenn Culbertson

Mr. Glenn Harold Culbertson, 78, of 357 Lighthouse Road, Maxton, departed this life on Saturday, May 12, 2018, at his home. He was born January 11, 1940 to the late Mr. James & Mrs. Rosa Culbertson of Virginia. He was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Mr. Charles & Mrs. Eliza Culbertson; his maternal grandparents: Mr. Robert & Mrs. Kate Bentley; two brothers: Mr. Johnnie Culbertson and Mr. Jim Culbertson and two sisters: Ms. Nellie Wyatt and Ms. Ruth Sturgill. The Funeral will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at White Hill Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery with Revs: Phillip Locklear, Bobby Deal, Timmie Woods and Edward Brooks officiating. Burial will follow in the White Hill Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Culbertson leaves to cherish his memory: his wife: Mrs. Margaret Culbertson of the home; a son from a previous marriage: Mr. Joseph Glenn Culbertson(Denise); three sons: Mr. Jason Glenn Culbertson(Holonda), Mr. Roger Dale Brooks(Charlene) and Mr. Don Brooks(Sabrina); a daughter: Mrs. Dinah Oxendine(J.L.); five brothers: Mr. Coy Culbertson, Mr. Ray Culbertson, Mr. Gerald Culbertson, Mr. Ernest Culbertson and Mr. Don Culbertson; two sisters: Mrs. Della Harrison and Mrs. Lena Huff; eleven grandchildren: Michael, Quentin, Kaylan, Triston, Roger, Jr., Jeremiah, Dalon, Jazalon, Nehemiah, Patricia and Colleen; special friends: Mr. Gerald and Ms. Madeline; his nurses: Ms. Tamara and Ms. Audrey and his caregiver: Mrs. Holonda(daughter-in-law) and a host of relatives and friends.
