Mrs. Nancy Lowry Rogers

Mrs. Nancy Lowry Rogers, 94, of 2788 Union School Road, Rowland, NC, was born on November 18, 1924 and departed her earthly life peacefully on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, NC. The funeral will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. George Locklear officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery. She devoted her life to God and her family. She is preceded in death by her husband: Mr. Oscar Rogers. She is survived by her five children: Mr. Kelly Wayne Rogers of Rowland, NC; Mr. Allen Ray Rogers of Rowland, NC; Ms. Phyllis Ann Rogers of Rowland, NC; Mrs. Lynn McGugan (William) of Red Springs, NC; Mr. Charles Swain Rogers (April) of Red Springs, NC; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and a host of nephews and nieces and friends. The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.
