MR. BRIAN LOCKLEAR

     Mr. Brian “Two Feathers” Locklear, 47, of Maxton, was born April 7, 1974 and departed this life on October 5, 2021 at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother: Ms. Martha Lee Dial; paternal grandparents: Mr. Henry C. Locklear, Ms. Lula D. Locklear, Mr. Alonzo “Baby” Hunt and Mr. Clavin Oxendine.

The graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Locklear Family Cemetery, 87 Recreation Center Road, Maxton with Rev James Earl Hammonds officiating.

Mr. Locklear is survived by his wife Mrs. Lisa M. Lowery; his children: Ms. Candace D. Lowery (Charles Jacobs), Mr. Chason D. Lowery, Ms. Mia S. Locklear (David) and Ms. Elektra N. Locklear; two grandchildren: Milaniya J Jacobs and O’lona H. Locklear; his parents: Mrs. Lynda L. Locklear and Mr. Hal Locklear; sister: Ms. Sharlene Locklear; niece: Allyson N. Oxendine; brother: Mr. Travis Locklear (Tasha) and a host of relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Locklear & Son Funeral Home.
