Mr. Billy Eugene Locklear, 80, of 413 Lonnie Farm Road entered this life on May 24, 1940 and departed this life on Thursday, May 11, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents: John D. and Rosa Lee Locklear and his wife: Mrs. Jeanie Faye Locklear.
The service will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 14, 2021 at Locklear & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Cummings officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Airy Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Locklear is survived by his brother: Mr. Jeffery Locklear of Pembroke; his daughter: Mrs. Linda Thompson (Tommy) of Lumberton; three sons: Mr. Johnny D. Locklear, Mr. Shannon Locklear and Mr. Eugene Locklear of the home; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 Friday, May 14, 2021 at Locklear and Son Funeral Home.
