Mr. Martin Luther Dial, Jr.

Mr. Martin Luther Dial, Jr., 46, of 178 Majestic Drive, was called home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.  “Mark” was born in Robeson County on May 20, 1967 to Mr. Martin L. Dial and Mrs. Shirley Dial of Pembroke.
Mr. Dial was a Navy Veteran of 6 years and a member of Thompson Baptist Church.
The funeral will be conducted 2:00 p.m. at Locklear & Son Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs: Grayland Mitchell, Charles Brewer, Bruce Swett and James Deese officiating.
“Mark” is survived by his dedicated wife of 23 years, the love of his life, his soul-mate and best friend: Mrs. Kit Carol Dial of the home; his parents; two sisters: Mrs. Kimberly Dial Gomez(Chris) of Aurora, CO and Ms. Danette Dial Jacobs; two brothers: Mr. Anthony Rudolph Dial(Rhonda) and Antonio Martin Dial; three special nephews: Mr. Anthony R. Dial II, Mr. Marcus L. Dial, Mr. Victor A. Dial all of Pembroke, Mr. Greg Jacobs, Jr. of Lumberton; one great niece: Miss Taylor M. Jacobs and a great nephew: Master John A. Dial; a special Aunt Dorothy & Uncle Sam Sampson of Wilmington; Uncle Horace Dial of Rocky Mount; a special “brother”: Mr. Danny Craig Clark of Lumberton and a host of family, friends and special cousins who loved and cherished him dearly.
The family will receive friends Thursday, August 8, 2013, from 6-8 p.m. at Locklear & Son Funeral Home.
